It's Garmin new concept of Topo Maps, (when you go for hiking or bicycling you don't need money, food, sleep or diesel fuel!!!!!):banghead:
Could be a way for Garmin to sell more maps (topo maps for the trail, street maps for around town). Theoretically, this could double their map sales (you need two for each area you go to).Quote:

Hi,
I don't see any trails at all, not on my 62s and not in Basecamp. The .img is in [SD:]/Garmin , and the .db file in [SD:]/Garmin/SQL
Firmware of GPSr is 4.30.
Any idea what is going wrong?
Basecamp version?Quote:

Basecamp version is 3.3.3. On my GPSr, when I press 'FIND' and select 'Trails' I don't see any trails at all. Software version GPSr (62s) is 4.30
I saw that. I find it a bit odd that it's only in hiking (for me), that almost all POI's disappear. I saw this in BC 3.3.3 too, so it may be a bug.Quote:

Edit: In BC4 you can actually edit what details you want to see, per activity profile
Options -> Activity Profile -> Map Display Features -> Select
Change to your liking!

SQL is a database for Active routing ,it shows you individual route suggestions for recreational activity and provides more specific functions in the planning activity in Basecamp and 1n some GPS devices.
copy in :outdoor GPS/SD/Garmin/SQL/
