Time Zone Map software version 11.01
Code:http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4747
http://www.garmin.com/software/TimeZoneMap_1101.rgn
1) Bring TimeZoneMap_1101.rgn to computer where your device is attached.
2) drag-and-drop TimeZoneMap_1101.rgn onto the WebUpdater icon on your desktop.
Version 11.01 has been removed on Garmin site, so back to version 11.00
Check:to come back, download the .rgn 11.00 version,Code:http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4747
http://www.garmin.com/software/TimeZoneMap_1100.rgn
[hide]delete the first 60 bytes by Hex-Editor and save as gmaptz.img and replace in nuvi[/hide]
Another way to get the.img from TimeZoneMap_1100.rgn
[hide]Drag the file in turboccc RGN tool, dont mind about error warning "section identifier: XXXX".
Then just save region as gmaptz.img[/hide]Done
You can extract every Webudater .rgn downloaded files with it, even .txt files
No need to go back, both files are exactly the same and have the same header:
Code:17.10.2012 09:44:05, DSKIMG, XOR 00, V 11.00, Ms 0, 006-D107
They are different:
Code:File: gmaptz1100.img, length 595456
Header: 17.10.2012 09:44:05, DSKIMG, XOR 00, V 11.00, Ms 0, 006-D1074-00
Mapset: Time Zone Map
File: gmaptz1101.img, length 598016
Header: 13.11.2012 09:15:36, DSKIMG, XOR 00, V 11.01, Ms 0, 006-D1074-00
Mapset: Time Zone Map
Then I must have made a mistake.....
