May be there are not a sufficient information on map for your test place? Where do you try to check route?

Put your position on map in simulation in a city powered by cityxplorer map, eg. Los Angeles , then browse the map to a location in that city then click go, it works fine.
Does the CX.img and the CX.unl have the same name?

Thanks catymag, well I have tried as you told and it worked in Cerritos, CA. It is showing the bus option. It looks like they don't have it covered in Riverside, CA..

I can't make it work with my new 3790. Is it compatible? Did try unlock with both FID 800,1 and 2508,2 but map list never showed a new map, nor pedestrian option showed "powered by CityXplorer". Any hints?

I already have CityXplorer from Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo working, but these are unlocked.
