Even though the final downloaded size is exactly as specified. Can you please explain? Thank you.[/QUOTE]
It would help if you specified which files you were trying, and also since there are so many links, try another...Mapsource post 12 worked...

Please accept my apologies if this matter is already covered but I cannot find it. I have downloaded the mapsource version of the latest map but where can I download the image file that I can install or load to my Garmin 765t? With mapsource I can only load selected maps to my unit but I would like to load the latest map to my 765t. If there is already a post detailing how to do that, can you please direct me to where? I can't find it. Thank you.

I have downloaded and installed the files on my Nuvi 765t and it seems to work great. Although I have no way of knowing if the lane assist function will work until I guess I actually approach and see the lane assist function. My question however is regarding the Mexico map you have posted. I have downloaded it and installed it on my SD Card (I put the other files on the internal memory of the unit) but when I check Map Info, I don't see the Mexico map at all. What am I doing wrong?

To check jcv , test in simulation mode.
Do you have other autorouting maps covering Mexico in your gps ?

I don't know if I have other autorouting maps covering Mexico on my GPS. I do know that the North America 2012 map covers Mexico also but I thought that perhaps adding the Mexico map on the SD card would give me even more detail. But like I said, when I click on Map Info the Mexico map doesn't even show.
I can see the lane assist feature in simulation mode? Great! I will try that today. Thank you!

If 2 maps have the same FID your gps will display just one in map list.
You cant have 2 automotive maps active covering the same area in gps, deselect one or you'll have problems coz they overlap.

Thank you for this information catymag. However I fail to understand why the North America map was posted but also the Mexico and Canada maps were posted if they are both included in the North America map. Oh well, I guess it doesn't matter. The question I have now is regarding the Lane Assist feature. I have installed the latest .jcv file as posted in one of the above posts and went through the simulator as you suggested. However the lane assist feature does not function. Should I re-install the previous .jcv file back into the folder in Garmin and leave the new one in there as well? Can two .jcv files co-exist on the unit without any problem? Thank you.

In post #66 I downloaded the .jcv file but nothing happens in the simulation mode of my Nuvi 765T and was wondering if perhaps I could put back my backed up .jcv file in the .jcv folder without any complications or overlapping. Thanks!
