Sorry this is my first post, but I'm having trouble with the status "Not Lockable" in Mapsource when using the GMAP folder downloaded from the top of this thread. I have run all the GMAP unlockers listed here and they report back positively, but Mapsource continues to show "Not Lockable" for status. The GMAP folder is stored under %APPDATA%\GARMIN\Maps\ and I have also tried C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps. Nothing seems to be working and I'm getting a tad frustrated.
Running Windows 7 x64, patched Mapsource 6.16.3.
"Not lockable means it's unlocked" , if the IMGs you send to your unit are yet locked , send them to C: and run on them before copying to gps.

So it's unlocked then? How come it won't let me view it in Mapsource? It's all blank. My GPS (60Csx) connects to Mapsource but I can't see any maps to move to and from the unit.
Which Mapsource version ?Quote:

I'm running patched Mapsource 6.16.3. It's just a stand-alone EXE file. Could that be my problem?
You need to install original Mapsource ,then patch it : you'll see the maps
Okay, I'll see if I can find a copy of it someplace and report back.
or do like that:
create a directory and put in it only your patched Mapsource.exe, create a subdirectory named Maps and copy in it the Gmap folder.
It should work .
catymag it worked! Grabbed a version of Mapsource per your instructions and the map is there. Uploading to my GPS now. Thank you so much for your help, much appreciated!
