tom, the unlocked maps from texas star are all separated: canada, mexico, and USA into their own files. Why was that done? Probably the uploader wanted to give people the option on what to download. For me, I want all the maps intact.

Mapsource doesn't read the gmapsupp.img so the only option that I know is to either download or copy [one] gmapsupp.img map onto your device or use gmaptool to combine all the maps [that texas star broke apart] so you can then transfer the gmapsupp.img to your device. The Garmin units I am using is Nuvi 350 and Nuvi 765T.

Of course, I could've downloaded all the maps in their LOCKED format and then unlocked them. That would enable Mapsource to copy all the maps onto the device.

To me, this has got to be the most half-baked attempt to provide NA maps for us to download from both Garmin and Noeman.

In any event, I am skipping 2011.31 because it's missing most of the Hawaii roads

    Problems:

I have downloaded the five Parts from City Navigator NT North America 2011.30 and unrar it.
Now I have a folder named "City Navigator North America NT 2011.30.gmap" (1,66 GB).

It don't exist a folder "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps" (Windows XP) on my Computer.
The Folder in which are other Garmin maps is C:\Garmin

I had copied the files into this and startet MapSource (Version 6.11.6) but nothing works - no new Card... :-(

    What should I do please?

Note: Please answer me in simple words because I'm from Germany and my English is not so good.

    I tryed this.
Should I copie the Folder "City Navigator North America NT 2011.30.gmap" in it or the files in it (One Folder "CNNANT_2011_30_mdr", one Folder "Product1" and four files inkluding a "info.xml")?

But how does it works? When I start MapSource, nothing happens...
