Have you patched your Mapsource properly? Once patched you must be able to unlock maps using from the menu :Utilities/Manage map products/unlock regions ,to insert the code you created with Jetmouse KG and send your selected IMGs to any drive-
To patch it you must replace the mapsource.exe in Mapsource program directory
If you cant see map details your havent unlocked it correctly, may be is your device id wrong or mapid wrong ? Or your Mapsource isnt patched correctly-
Is there any way to load this map using SD to my older Nuvi 350 device? This model only reads IMG files of max size 2GB. I know I can just download the specific Europe regions but would like to know if it is possible for my Nuvi 350 to read the complete Europe card, which requires a 4GB SD card. I updated the device's firmware to the latest but still fails to load. The map works fine on my newer Nuvi 1490.

Ahh ok I see that thanks. Ukraine has been removed from the map to make it < 2GB. So am I right to assume that my Nuvi 350 can never read any map image over 2GB?Quote:

Hi, I am wondering if somebody experienced could help me with a simple question.
I have the Garmin City Navigator Europe 2011.10 NT maps (Map ID: 2204) on my Garmin nuvi 255w.
Are they are a lot of changes on the maps on the Garmin City Navigator Europe 2011.30/32 NT compare to version 2011.10?
And do I need to uninstall my 2011.10 map before install the 2011.30/32 map? I have tried without uninstall the old map but failed to unlock the map (furthermore, my old map got locked).

You must remove it before copying it in your device, be sure to backup your old map and *.unl on you pc, then overwrite the unlocked img. You cant have 2 CN maps covering the same region.Quote:

To unlock it use Fast IMG unlocker
