City Navigator Europe NT 2011.30

in Garmin site, Zumo 500 is not among compatible devices with # 2011.30 City Navigator® Europe NT, neither as disk nor as download way.
Do you know why?
Do you think it's possible to use (copying directly into SD) gmapsupp files derived from this version?
