Hi marcio, thanks again and please, is it possible to release a unlocked 4rodas.gpi POI's file?

If it isn't, what would be the link to keygen download? and the exactly procedure, step by step, to unlock it? I've searched and could not find anything that helped. So, please help!

Here on my nuvi 260W, with the unlocked HUGE Pack, the 4rodas.poi doesn't work without all the work of editing the .UNL unlock file, that I tryied to do without any success

    4Rodas POI (unlocking)

You do not have a keygen ? Get it here:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    in the Keygen program...

You need the "unit ID" (use Mapsource to get)

    and... in Map Product

    insert the FID: 1641

    and enable addtional fields;

    PID 1, RgnID 0 and VenID 0

click in generate ...place the code inside the file (4rodas.unl) and save it (use notepad).

leave both files(rodas.gpi and 4rodas.unl) in the POI folder

autoguia works like city navigator, its a complete map.
yes, you can merge autoguia and city navigator, but maybe you will have a routing problem if you let them activated. Just one active map. If you want just navigate, you can let the two maps active the same time.
sry for the poor english, im from brazil :P
Thank you for your help, i'm from Venezuela, in your opinion what's the best city navigator nt 2011.10 or autoguia, what's more complete, i ask you becasuse Brazil is your country and maybe you can test both and thank you again for help........

here in brasil, the best is to have the 3 maps ( city navigator, autoguia and tracksource).
tracksource is the best in georeferencing.
i have the three maps on my gps. i usually find places with city or autoguia and calculate the route with tracksource.
    in my opinion:
first tracksource, after city, after compass, if i still am lost, i use the autoguia...

Thanks Marcio, I've followed the procedure but the POIs file does not seem to be active or... how could I check this specific POI data on GPS?

Because when searching for POIs on Garmin it shows the POIs of the map file (i've tested, removing the 4rodas.poi and unl it shows the same results for a commerce search, for instance).

    Thanks again

    yep, that's for sure
    I've added the following files:

    4rodas.gpi
    4rodas.unl

...to the subfolder POI, of the folder GARMIN, model nuvi 260W. I already have a poi.gpi of speedcams ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]), without any issues.

Being so, how to check if 4rodas.gpi is active and browse his contents (and *not* on MAP integrated POI's)?

    In your NUVI, go to:

Para Onde > Extras (should appear related; 4rodas)

thank you again. found the menu option, it is working and really needs the UNL file here.

(but in the future, if possible, a already unlocked gpi file would be easier for everyone )

So this POI is used only with this menu option? the default search for Points of Interest does not search on this file too?

depends .. In Oregon he search in all locations ... In the Nuvi's that does not happen: that is, you have to go to that menu option.
