hay...i give up. my i8910 hx-v7 and your garmin xt doesnt mix. i am exhausted after four days of trying to follow your guide to install the garmin mobile xt. and nothing is working at all. i followed your guide and could not get past step one. what do you mean by the *.exe file? where is it located? base map or the mobile xt .60? i know that the *.exe file is used in the pc. but, where is it in the .60 version download?!?

the guide is flawed. and i am sure 1 of 10 persons can follow it and only 1 of 10 of those ones can download from all the links and 1 out of 10 of those ones are able to install it and successfully activate and use it. (exactly 1 of 1000 people get it. thats why you have very few thank yous and more questions.) its very confusing!

anyone from metro manila philippines? i am willing to pay for the successful installation and application of philippine street maps with map search of the garmin mobile xt on my mobile phone. we can negotiate. this is my email add. [email]]

With all due respect, let's not flame the people who are going out of their way to share knowledge. We can at least
be cordial in giving our constructive criticisms/suggestions. Am a newbie and I had the map installed and working
on Garmin Mobile XT. Nothing wrong or flawed with the instructions.

Please take note that I came across this line in the this thread that says "thank you posts are to
be avoided". Hence, it's not that people do not appreciate the contents of this thread but everyone is heeding
the note so as not to clutter the thread with endless thank you's.
