The new map have the same bug as for previous version. Searching for towns give a result without region where those town is placed:

In contrast with Ukraine from Navteq in last string...
Obviously this map was generated for other navigation system where even centers of city is searching by address search menu.
More recent version, Gmaptool says "14.10.2013, FID 1307, Cyrillic", I suppose it is locked.

Yes, it's just got a changed header date and is compiled with earlier map data from Nov 12.
Cnfhbr's upload in Post#10 has later data from May 13. Thanks for checking pandora0001.
