I have a Dezl LGV800 Android with a free map update, but after a successful update the maps do not appear on the device. I checked the internal memory and both maps are there. One in the system folder gmappom.img 3.42 GB and the other map in the Map folder D6159350A.img 3.24 GB. Please give me any advice.Spoiler: Images

^^ Agree with likelihood of associated file(s) either missing or corrupt. "Cannot unlock maps" message usually means UNL file problem. "Maps cannot be authorised" message is related to GMA.

Yes, the files are there. The only thing I notice is that the numbers of the unl and img files in storage don't match.
But
I don't understand why you're asking for help here
If the device is under warranty and still in the free update period for your region, contact technical support
@diversola
In the .System folder you have gmapprom.img and gmapprom.unl but there's no gmapprom.gma file present, also both gmap3d.unl and gmap3d.gma are there but the actual 3D buildings map gmap3D.img is missing. In the Map folder, ALL the GMA & UML files present are for earlier detail map versions - none match the current map D6159350A.img.
It should be an EU Lifetime Maps (LM) device. First back everything up. Remove the entire contents of the Map folder, and from the .System folder remove only gmapprom.img, gmapprom.unl, gmap3d.unl and gmap3d.gma. Safely disconnect it from computer and reboot it to recreate and update the GarminDevice.xml, then GarminExpress should offer the current detail maps along with their appropriate GMA and UNL files.

I just did a factory reset and then installed all the software and maps on the Garmin Express. And they still don't show up. But it seems that I have returned the missing files
Spoiler: small pics
Did you also do a backup then REMOVE the files i named in Post #6 from both the Map and .System folders BEFORE updating with GarminExpress?
