@joker
Latest Voice Pack issued by Garmin for SP c3xx devices was in 2007 (V2.60) however it doesn't contain Bulgarian and has only limited major European Voices (not even RU):
Be aware that these early SP devices are not Mass Storage Mode capable. Therefore, simply adding files like additional VPM voice files isn't possible.Code:https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=882
If you already know that, i guess you are wanting to make some software modifications which will add a BG voice capability. That may be technically possible as i'm aware of experts being able to add Italian to US English-only voice software for the early Honda Goldwing navigator (based on SP 26xx). However, in that case the compatible IT voice code was available to extract it and then add it to the device's voice region (17, hex 11). So, you'd not only need to find a suitable BG voice, but you'd also need the expertise to be able to add it into an RGN file to flash to rgn17. That requires advanced coding skills beyond that of most people.
Thank you, friend. Could you give me a link to a newer map version for this navigation and if you could explain to me how to upload this map to the memory card? Thanks in advance.

I need a European map that includes Bulgaria! Because the one I have on Garmin is from 2013
We don't have links to maps here other than official Garmin links for you to buy from them legally. That's because of the forum's rules. You can search google for other sites which do freely post them.
SP c3x0 devices can only use a map IMG file named gmapsupp.img in a Garmin folder on an older SD card formatted FAT32 or FAT16 (not an SDXC, formatted exFAT). The IMG file must be 'unlocked' and less than 2 GiB (2,147,483,647 Bytes maximum). You can simply copy/paste such an IMG file into a Garmin root folder on the card connected to your computer, then insert it into the SP.
Thank you very much for having such an image file on a map and I will use it. I wasn't sure if it reads the navigation maps in an image file. IMG file is my Garmin navigation, but since your colleague told me about it, I've already decided to try it.
Thanks for the information, it was useful to me!
