With SD card inserted No Voice Directions and Calculating Signal Loop
Hello,
as my title indicates, with an SD card inserted in my 3590 there are no Voice Directions.
When I take the card out I do get voice directions.
Also with SD card inserted for local testing purposes the directions keep Calculating % in Loop.
Base Map is US.
The SD card is 32gb and has full 2018.10 Europe NT map installed.
Europe map was tested with a virtual test ride.
Unit is Garmin Nuvi 3590LM.
We (family and I) are about to embark to Europe and really need to have this hiccup solved.

Thanks for advice but was already on the latest software version. After multiple lengthy calls with support I was left with no option but to buy an SD card (I bought 32GB but actually the SD version of the maps for both Europe and US would fit on an 8GB card anyway!). I have also bought a new version of downloadable US map data for $59.99 and will put that on the same card once the purchase goes through.

However I did [U]not[U] install the POI.
Now I do get local (USA) turn by turn directions.
Wonder if I need to reinstall 2018.10 without the POI.
