Default How to enable dual bluetooth audio output on Garmin Zumo

    Hi everyone

    I own a Garmin Zumo590

On the unit settings it's possible to link one bluetooth audio output for navigation instructions and two audio output for multimedia (music)
When I use the option of TourGuides (very useful for me) only one audio output (Navigation Instructions output) can listen this.

    But,...
In several cases, I supose for a unit bad function, the second audio output can listen Navigation Instructions as the first (both at same time)
It's impossible for me to reproduce this situation. It happens when unit wants.

Someone know how to enable this option permanent?

    Thanks in advance

You can certainly use two sources at the same time but you also need to check the settings are correct: Settings > Bluetooth and then enable both 'Phone,Navigation' and 'Media' when you've paired correctly. If i'm understanding your problem, it's i think that the TourGuide is meant to be delivered by the the second source [Media] which won't work unless it's also enabled. From memory it's not enabled by default whereas the first is.

Post again with more info if the above isn't what you need.

First of all, thanks for the answer and sorry for my english.

Garmin Zumo settings doesn't allow to receive Navigation prompts on two bluetooth sources at same time (I check settigns before posting)
Zumo only allow Multimedia on two sources.

    Garmin Zumo Manual says:
"Note: Only one headset can receive navigation prompts and phone call at a time.
Up to two headsets can be used for multimedia audio."

I want that the second bluetooth headset can receive Tour Guide at same time as first bluetooth headset.

I think don't have sense that only first bluetooth headset can hear Tour Guide.

As I said before, I think it's possible to do this (hear navigation prompts and Tour Guides) because in certain ocasions the second bluetooth headset hears navigations instructions at same time as first headset. (I suppose for a bad funtioning)

My Zumo device is on last firmware version v3.20

    Thanks again

The zumo 590 can be paired with two wireless headsets at a time. Only one headset can receive navigation prompts and phone calls. Both headsets can be used for multimedia audio. The following headsets have been tested and verified to work with the zumo 590

My bluetooth headset device is (both):
    Interphone Blueant F4
