Default Garmin 2360 Routing Problem when Avoid Tolls is enabled

    Hello All,

I have a Garmin 2360 LMT. Maps are up to date with North America 2016.10 with MyTrends. I have a 75 mile drive to work that routes fine with no avoidances enabled. However whenever I use the Toll Avoidence the routing gets stuck at 80% for a while and then when it completes it shows me a route thaat is 677 miles!!! Within that long route is the proper route to avoid the tolls but the extra 600 miles of routing makes no sense to me. I have reinstalled my map and have up to date software and firmware. Anyone have any knowledge of this issue or advice to fix?
I have been in contact with Garmin but alas they are not much help. Thank you.

23x0 series are low-memory units, only 64MB of RAM and so problems with planning very long routes is not uncommon, but crazy routing like that is not explainable by lack of memory. More likely you need to hard reset it or better still clear nonvol: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
