Do you have access to mass storage ( internal storage where is Garmin files )?
If you have, then remove map, voice and text and try if Garmin will start.
catymag is correct I did start another thread to see if anyone had all the files that was like my radio to download theirs to maybe flash mine to get it going. I cna't get into the NAV at all.
My thought after reading everything that everyone said to do was to maybe flash (dont know if correct terminology) & install all the files just to see if it would at least see if the NAV system could even see the files.
I did try over 100 times to get into Dealer mode like catymag said to do like other threads on Dodge sites & it would never go into that mode either.
So I am at a loss & have made an appt to go to dealer tomorrow to let them look at it. I am sure they will want to sell me a new radio for $2000.00
Sorry to revive up an old thread,
but i actually have the same issue now, the Uconnect wont load the Nav at all, just gets stuck in a boot loop and wont load the maps.
Does anyone know how, If it's at all possible, to get it onto mass storage mode? Pretty sure i put a bad Poi file or map in there somewhere.
* also noted that this guy hasnt posted anything since 2015 lol
