I have it somewhere. I've fixed most everything thru repeated hard resets and webupdate. THe last thing is my JCV files arent working. IS there a way i can run a simulation or something so i don t have to waste gas? I note that they used to have full, split screen and one other, but now they have added large and small split and lane assist medium and lane assist large. I like lane assist, its one of the reasons i chose the 765

Turn off the GPS receiver and simulate a route where there's known JCV views, NYC to Buffalo has heaps in big and small files. From main page, press Tools>Settings>System>GPS Simulator>On. Hold 'Back'. From Where To?>Cities>Spell [or Search]>New York City NY>Map>Set Lo. Hold 'Back' and do it again for 'Buffalo NY' but this time press 'Go!' not 'Map'. When it's finished calculating the route, press 'Yes' to confirm you wish to simulate, then press the upper LH corner to access the route details and keep pressing the down arrow in the lower RH corner with a sligh pause to see if 'Junction View' appears brightly in the lower centre panel. When it shows, press on it to see the JCV image.

In simulation when you scroll thru the route, the words are 'greyed out' until you hit a junction view and then they become bright. Scroll thru the simulated NYC To Buffalo route but pause a little between presses of the down arrow to give it a moment to check for a jcv image.

Get rid of the one from the 2016.10 map. It will very likely interfere with the later JCV files for 2016.20. You should never have earlier files present, only have one suitable for the currently loaded map and i mean literally ONE. Don't have more than one jcv file at a time for the existing map loaded.

Ok I deleted NA Fullscreen large and replaced it with Medium lane assist and it works. Funny, that. I have been using NA FUllscreen since I got this device.

Full screen file will work if it's the correct file for the map version loaded, e.g. for NA 2016.20 map: D3060190A.JCV - NA Fullscreen large JCV. Maybe your original download was corrupt. If you only want jcv for the US, then you can also use D2335220A.jcv which has the same amount of views for US as D3060190A, just none for MX & CA.
