Garmin Map Pilot for Mercedes-Benz cars

Don't know why so many people download this pack when nobody can't use it.
I doubt that all downloaders will try to figure out how to unlock map.

This map will only work from SD of uploader on other unit will not work and also don't try to change garmindevice.xml, becouse on every start of navigation this xml is overwriten and your changes is not saved.

Now I have unzipped the files and folder names and file is identical to my SD and loaded the vehicle, except 24 files named EU-E1.gma, EU-E1.unl and so EU-E12. gma and EU-E12.unl.

These files believe are those used for the initial installation and deletes.

@FRANKY61 can you please share those 24 files?

This garmin version is unused? The uploaded Garmin has never been used in your car?

In the root directory. The card copied recognize but can not unlock maps

few things should be clear:
uploaded.net is very fast. You can buy access for one day for about 50 cents.
Password is piotrscs
It is copy of NEW never used SD card with new maps. It is normal that it wont be working with another SD (another CID: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]).
But *.unl files are similar like in older Garmin devices: you can use file with locked maps by generate *.unl file. To generate unl file for older devices we need System ID and Map ID. System ID you can read from Mercedes-Benz radio unit. But I don't know how to read MapID from map file. And don't know if old generator will work for those maps.
