Those are the two sticky threads at the top of the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. You'll also need to have Garmin USB Driver loaded on your computer, see the third Sticky there.

Does the device have a media card slot? I don't think it does and if so you're limited to using only an RGN file.
