Default Problem on a BMW nav4 (zumo660) hardware or software? this is the question!

Greetings to all forum writers, with a zumo navigator 660/bmw I have this problem:
it do not charge the battery, I tried to replace the battery but not charging, while the same battery on another device has charge.
On the diagnostic screen shows the message NTC fault and a negative temperature value (but this does not about the battery).
If I proceed with the diagnostic test, the test detects a failure on the "splash".
There might be some connection with the fact that this zumo was recovered after an operation to recall fw? (formerly bricked)

    Thanks for all answers.

Is the battery a Garmin battery ? Garmin device may have a 'thermistor temperature monitoring circuit, to make sure the battery does not overheat. If the voltage at that NTC input is above a given threshold, the NTC Fault is activated which kills the charging until if the Thermistor signals to the NTC input, the battery has cooled, ie voltage back down below the NTC Signal Threshold.

Yes the battery are original Garmin, I tried it with 3 batteries all original Garmin, the nuvi 510 also uses the same batteries.
Might be a problem of offset of the temperature parameter, given that at a temperature of +28 ° it shows me -35 °
Admitting that there is this parameter in the region41 for example .....

The Splash Fault is not a problem. Nuvi Can live like this for ever no problem.
Your Nuvi has a "Hardware Fault" It's not reading temperature correctly.
Cannot be fixed by flashing etc etc "Needs electronics technician"

Ok, the splash fail is now no longer a problem, solved, but the the problem temperature is still present and maybe it's a hardware fault,
I have to try if warming the zumo, there is a change in the reading of the temperature.

UPDATE: I tried to put the garmin under a jet of hot air and I have not seen changes in the value of temperature, does anyone know how to get to the internal sensor?

Yes, it is not problem. For example, the Splash Fault be always present after you choose any picture from device as startup image. Only loading fresh clear 16 reg will erase Fault but for next changing a startup image.

I think I've solved the problem of charge and temperature, I realized that one of the pins, as indicated by the red arrow, it was bent in the box, when I brought it like the others has started to charge the battery and the value of temperature has returned to normal. I think the temperature indicated is that of the battery and not the motherboard as I had thought until yesterday.

Do you mean that BT can't be enabled under Tools>Settings>Bluetooth>Enabled, or that it's unable to pair with your phone? Try a hard reset if you haven't already.

Yes, it can not be activated in the menu, if I try to enable a few seconds after writing "can not initialize the bluetooth connection." In the test they do, I activated only in a situation when after downloading an update insignificant (help text) from the site myGarmin, the zumo me the bluetooth enabled but when I try to go once the pairing error, and as the name of unit is a series of characters, and if I try to change the name makes me change, but if I go out and return to the menu, I find again the same characters ($ :/> L). If I power down and power back up, the BT is no longer active and again becomes impossible to activate.
I've try to make a downgrade and upgrade of fw, but no success. Thanks for anyone help.

I think your bluetooth firmware is corrupt. First backup then remove the files from the folder 'RemoteSW' in the unit's Garmin folder. Then connect to WebUpdater or GarminExpress, it should offer new BT fw. Don't forget to hard reset before and after.
