Maybe this Zumo got Wet inside.
Even waterproof device can get water inside after seals deteriorate. Looks like hardware problem again.

It is also possible that it is hw problem, but I need to keep in mind that this device was bricked and was done to restore the NV memory and maybe not all the data are in the right place.

Yes it could be a region 41 problem as well.
The only thing I've done so far is to backup region 41 and restore to same device.
There is a thread on this forum about backing up region 41 and it explains exactly how to.
