Reply With QuoteLong overlooked this thread. There are 3 different screens for 13xx which are not interchangeable with each other. I guess the early production 1300 series had the same screen as 2x5W.

Anyone know why some screens from a Nuvi 255W or 265W will interchange and function perfectly with a Nuvi 1390 and other working screens will not. Looks as if there is a less common model of screen that fits and works in both, but the much more common Nuvi 2X5w screen will lock in, but stays white and will not display an image.
