    Default Zumo 350

    MAC operating system.......and Zumo 350........I did a search for any info on this unit but did not get something specific,the error I have with my friends unit is that we have installed SSA streetmaps 2013.01 mapset via Map manager and shows that it is unlocked on his MAC but it does not show up up in basecamp under the Maps tab, thus we have difficulty in sending the mapset to the unit,The Garmin Zumo has a 1.8GB internal Memory and I have a 2GB Micro SD card also installed. All software version's are the latest releases and the mapset is from the original DVD purchased with he keyset.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    We conacted garmin from where we bought the unit,,and guess what,,,it was faulty,,,they replaced the unit and following the standard procedure for map installations everything was like normal,,,thanx
