Default Nuvi 3450 froze in navigation

My nuvi 3450 sometime freeze on when using it. Can anyone help me?
I already did Vol Page-->hold Upper Right until Diagnostic Page appear-->Developer Info-->Nonvol Statistics-->(left side)3 bars button/Clear non vol. But when using the gps it's sometime froze.

FYI: I just did an update last night using Garmin Express, so I hope the freezing go away. but if that's not the case, any idea or step I should proceed?

    Thanks.

If it continues to freeze remove all .GPI files (custom POI) and downloaded Non Garmin voices to check.
Some Maps can also cause freezing.
You should be on Firmware 7.90, Versions prior to 7.80 had rebooting/stability problems.
Give it another clear nonvol after firmware update.

May be the map hadn't been downloaded correctly in previous attempt? Sometimes Express isn't so reliable

I will test new map 2014.10 (map 2013.30 freeze on me) and do as what u suggested. I haven't been in here awhile and forgot how to manually install .gcd. Since "sometime" Express isn't reliable, I just downloaded "nuvi34xx_GCDFile__790.gcd." How do I manually install .gcd? Do I just drag & drop .gcd into Garmin WebUpdater.exe icon or there's other effective method?

    thx

nuvi34xx_GCDFile__790.gcd rename to gupdate.gcd and place it .System folder on your Nuvi. Restart Nuvi.
