help NULINK 2320 safety camera problem

    Hi all..
Hope you can help. My friend mike asked me if I could put Cyclops/Garmin safety cameras on his Nulink 2320. Not a problem I thought as have done loads of different garmins over the years.
I am baffled with this 2320. I have tried unlocked version, I have tried original version using Mousejet to create a unl file but I just cannot get them to work. I have put a POI folder inside the garmin folder etc but still no luck.....

    Any pointers greatly appreciated

    Rob

New original Cyclops have FID greater than 2200 ,so cant work with .unl created with Jetmouse on new Nuvis.
Unlocked version(without .unl, delete old ones) should work fine.
You can check if they're unlocked correctly with

Cyclops go in Nuvi/Poi , not in Nuvi/Garmin/Poi

You have to navigate to get to the good.

My friend had Nulink 2390, but Cyclops/Garmin safety cameras was updating through an online Nulink service only. May be as in the case of traffic it is available a online service only?
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

    Hi Giomen
I think you may be right... I have done as Catymag suggested but still no good.

It did have a paid service on it originally and the Garmin cameras were done through the Nulink service live.

    Thanks for the input.

Just for the record, this doesn't apply to all nuLink models. nuLink 1690 will accept and display both Cyclops and Custom Redlight/Speedcam POIs, but sadly won't show traffic with a TMC receiver. I suppose perhaps the related 1695 5" model also will process Cyclops and Custom Redlight/Speedcam *.gpi files.

Edit: nuLink 1695 can definitely use Cyclops:
