The funny thing is that garmin compatitors fix erros in thier Navteq maps faster than Garmin in CNE.
So, can I assume that if I stay clear of Holland (see link at post #25) then the current 2013.40 map is kosher?

Yep, seems that way. Only problems are in the Netherlands (lotsa bacon there = non-kosher), so stay out of there as Rog (aka SG) says. ;)
But seeing you're from IL, according to that linked page you're more likely to have to watch yourself in Screven GA but only if you're using a map earlier than the CNNA 2010.10! Why would they even bother to tell us that after 4 years (NA 2010.10 was released in May 2009 for cryin' out loud). Someone forgot to take that and the BC note above it out of the database i reckon.
