So everyone in EU is back online to Garmin now it seems with no outages reported elsewhere. I wonder do we thank La Befana or Bad Santa for this ... i'm going with Bad Santa, i like his style. No coal for you next week then Caty? [Best you ignore that or my reply will manage to spin this completely off-topic to trash maybe?]...LOL!

Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

So true on both counts. But Giomen, you haven't yet even given pietu a 'like' for posting that insanely beautiful video. I reckon you should give him some rep for it too. At least it stopped me posting one of the Aurora Australis which is embarrassingly p*ss-poor when compared to the Northern Lights. Oh well, I suppose you've got to be better at something up there. Do Danes and Finns still dislike each other? Although I think the Faroe Islands are greatly removed culturally and not just geographically from Denmark, and I haven't worked out yet whether Giomen is a Russian speaking Finn or a Finnish speaking Russian or is actually a border dweller with traits of both (he likes Karlsson, so he really can't be all bad).

In any case, Happy New Year to everyone on Noeman (yes, even you G-String... i mean G-Man).

    Some more OT observations:
    1. Caty eats coal. Whether tasty or not, perhaps this is not a good thing to do.
    2. Roger has tried to hide something, but our all-seeing Lady Admin has sniffed it out. Maybe coal consumption heightens her superpowers?
    3. This thread really has degenerated hasn't it? OK, yes I did start the OT as usual, so are ya gonna shoot me?
    4. All my questions are rhetorical.
