Default Bluechart G2 onto Micro sd?

I am trying to get my Garmin Bluechart G2 onto a micro sd card with no luck. The img is 4.1gb so I am not able to load it onto a fat32 formatted card. So I tried formatting at NTSF and was able to put it on my 16gb card. But my gpsmap 76csx would not see it. I cant use homeport to select map sections to transfer over to my gps. Is there anyway to get the Bluechart g2 onto my gpsmap 76csx?

I guess that you've made a home cocked BlueChart g2 with that size. What do you mean with "4.1gb"? Is it 4.1 GB SI decimal prefix or 4.1 GiB IEC binary prefix?
No original Garmin BlueChart g2 or BlueChart g2 Vision would exceed 4 GiB in file size (4.00 GiB is approximately equal to 4.36 GB) .

    The largest Garmin chart is currently a BlueChart g2 Vision - VAE009R-Sin/Mal/Indonesia v2012.1 with a file size of 3 949 789 184 bytes (or 3.95 GB or 3.67 GiB).

Your GPSMAP® 76CSx would work best with BlueChart g2 charts (not BlueChart g2 Vision). It must be quite a lot of merged BlueChart g2 charts to reach 4.1 "some strange unit called gb". There's no way to use > 4 GiB files in your GPSMAP 76CSx but possibly a 4.1 GB file. If you have updated to firmware >= v3.90 then you may use files larger than 2 GiB but less than 4 GiB.
Use BlueChart g2 since it will never work with merged BlueChart g2 Vision charts in any Garmin unit. BlueChart g2 Vision charts must always be used in single files without extra additional data from other BlueChart g2 Vision charts.

Changes made from version 3.90 to 4.00:
Fixed several errors in NMEA statements introduced in 3.90.
Fixed WAAS information not showing 'D' in satellite bars. Error was introduced in 3.90.
    Other minor bug fixes.

Changes made from version 3.70 to 3.90:
Added support for maps greater than 2 GB.

Its not a home cocked, I downloaded off this site. Homeport shows it to be "HXUS039R-US All Canadian West Coast g2 V2012 v13.50". I have no idea why its so large. Windows explorer shows the file size to be 4,194,304KB. I was looking for Garmin Bluechart G2 (non Vision). I think I found another one I will try to download.

    Thanks.
