I doubt anyone here is going to do that, takes the whole point of the PIN/Security Location feature away, how do we know if you in fact obtained it legally or not?. You can take it to a Garmin service centre who will require proof of purchase and an 'arm & a leg' fee to unlock it. Or you can take it back to the seller and ask for it to be unlocked at their cost, or just demand a refund because it's useless. From the 1300 manual:
