From your info hard to say for sure exactly what's wrong. HomePort can show a locked image on your PC pretty much however it's named and placed in the Garmin folder, even in subfolders of the Garmin folder, but your unit may not. If you mean that the chart does not even appear in your GPSMAP60CSx's Map Menu then the map is probably not properly unlocked. Check it with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or just try unlocking it with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Maybe it's not properly named, or misplaced on the sd: Ensure that the chart is named gmapsupp.img in a folder named Garmin in your sd's root (x:\Garmin\gmapsupp.img) and then if the chart is unlocked and properly selected on the unit it will definitely work.
I forgot to change the name of the file when I put it in the SD card of the GPS. Also first I add part of the map so I have a lot of parts missing them I add the complete file and everything works fine...
