Default Garmin Mobile XT - Recorded Track transfer to PC Fail

I have a Nokia E-72 with Garmin Mobile XT installed.

Everthing works perfectly, however when I learned that you can record your track by the XT software I decided to give it a go. It recorded the track and now when I try to transfer the track to my PC via Garmin Map Source so that I can convert it into KML/KMZ and view my track/route on Google Earth, the Map Source would only 'receive' some old tracks that I have already saved on E-72/Mobile XT.

What I mean to say is that I have been converting KMLs into GPX and 'sending' them to my E-72 and those I could view on my mobile, so now I try to to do the reverse, it would send the same GPX file back to Map Source and not the new track.
I understand that I have to replace the GPX file inside my Mobile XT with the newer GPX that has this new track in it, but how?

I have a Nokia 5800 with Garmin Mobile XT and managed to transfer recorded track to the PC as follows:

    1. On the Mobile XT > manage my data > tracks > save current track
    2. On the Mobile XT > manage my data > manage > export GPX
(Now, the file garmin/gpx/current.gpx is updated.

    3. connect the Nokia to the PC in mass storage mode, without running Mobile XT.
    4. start mapsource
    5. in mapsource, file > open and choose to open a gpx file.
6 navigate to open the file garmin/gpx/current.gpx

Now the track is in mapsource.

    Hope that it helps.
