Default NuLink 1695 map naming convention??

    Hello,

I'm thinking of buying a NuLink 1695 but can anyone here say for sure that you can name the maps whatever you'd like?
ie: US_Can_Mex_2012.20.img instead of the std Garmin conventional naming of gmapsupp.img

    Appreciatively,
    Texas Star

Nulink 1695 also has the same file system as 1xxx.
You can use anyname.img within MAP folder both Nuvi and sd card.

I used to get 1690(US) Nulink. (Now I just sold it out.)
It's a nice Nuvi that I can convert to SgMy-Japan-Indonesia-TWN-TH-CHN.
