    yep mine too, driving offroad with jeep and vibrating so hard that unit was shutting down many times... only way was to hold it in codriver hands.

    Try use mount that dampens shock and vibration, Ram for example...
    Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

    i wainting for montana 650, what i read on this post i m not soo hapy like was when i soo it on internet, i see that are a lot of problem whit it.
    I hope that i dont have it soo much.

    in montana you can use any map .
    but it dont support juction view or 3d building
    you can use birds eye mabs like google map
    it is very nice

    I have had mine since they were first launched and have had no problems and use it for off road riding. Best GPS bar far in my opinion. The turning off I found was the battery moving inside so just put a bit of paper in to take up the slack. Never happened when in the proper mount but did when zip tied to a different bike.

    What I cannot understand though is why there is no video function as the mount means the camera picks up a great view of the road or trail ahead. Wish I could add software for this.

    I have Montana 650 and old (but good working) BT-338 outside bluetoth gps. May I connected theirs ? 1700 mAh it is store idle

    And one more quest.
    Montana corectly working with water map for "autorouting" ( waterrouting) ?

    Hi,

    Has anybody already experimented new active raouting "search trails" with new european topo maps ?
    When trails buttom is selected in "where to go", trails are displayed very slowly, and when one is selected, Montana freezes.

    I run cn Europe maps, UK topo and France topo2 maps with no problems at all. The French top will route along paths as well as roads.
