Default Corrupted Text folder on 3790T, Need a copy of it

Yesterday, I updated my firmware followed by a a map update, but at the end of it my Nuvi 3790T would get stuck at "Loading Maps" screen. Neither could I get a hard reset nor would the unit show up on my computer. I was able to dig around here and a few other websites and used the cure firmware to access the nuvi and, after backing up all the data, deleted everything from my gps unit. After placing backed up files one by one, I have found out that my "Text" folder is corrupted. The text folder contains the language text files and has the .glx extension. I have already tried the webupdater and it does not give access to missing language text file and neither does garmin's website have any such files.

Would anyone be kind enough to send me their Text folder (with all the languages including all the English ones) from their 3790T? Or perhaps there is a repository of garmin software that I can consult. I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Garmin should publish default restoration tools that contain all necessary folders & files in case the unit got corrupted.

    @ cavalry12
It is always a good idea to back up the unit before upgrading anything. If using windows make sure 'system and hidden' files are showing in 'Explorer', then copy the Garmin unit folder onto HDD somewhere. It will have all the files. Check and make sure there is also a .system folder as that is normally a 'system/hidden' and wont copy unless Explorers properties are set correctly.
Glad you got it working again.
