Default Bug within sea map of Garmin (G1 and G2)

    Hi all,

In first, excuse my english very bad (I am French ;-)).
For many years, I have used the sea map of Garmin within MapSource and HomePort applications.
Today, I have found a bug between the details of the SHOM sea map (these ones are used to create the French maps of Garmin) and the Garmin sea map.
On the SHOM sea maps, you have some anotations to describe the ocean floor (S for Sand, M for Mund, St for Stones, R for Rock ...). When the SHOM maps are converted to create the Garmin Maps (BlueChart), the 'R' annotation becomes the picture of a rock. This picture is used to describe a rock that's covered by the sea or not according to the tide level. It's completely different with the ocean floor. You can always navigate over an ocean floor of rocks (or mund or sand ...) but over a rock there is a danger to hurt this one if the tide is low.
Have you already seen this issue on other sea maps (USA or UK ...) and do you know if a correction is available anywhere?
Thanks a lot for your answer.
    Best regards.

    Michel

The problem is present on G1 (BlueChart 9.5) versions and G2 versions (VEU704L 12.5) each time the "R" sign is present within SHOM based maps.

Nobody has already seen this problem?
