Default What have I done wrong?

I downloaded some maps, the unlocked 2012 NT europe map, the venice map and also the Isle of man recreation map.

I got a mini sd card and created a folder called map and inserted the above maps into it.

I inserted the card into my 1300 garmin and it does not recognise the maps. No maps are showing when I go into the menu, choose system then choose maps then more... only the default uk map which is on the main device is showing up.

I also checked the inventory page too but also nothing shwoing except uk map, so what have i done wrong for it not to show any of the additional maps.

the maps on the card in the 'map' folder are as follows.

    IOM.img
    venice.img
    GMAPSUPP.img

Where is the map folder? Is it on the root of the card, i.e. X:\Map, or is in the Garmin directory, X:\Garmin\Map?

gmapsupp.img name in "Map" folder isnt supported, you can have one gmapsupp.img in SD/Garmin
in sd .IMGs (anyname.img) must be in "Map" directory in root directory, if they dont show up they'r not unlocked, no other explainings-

    Check them with Gmaptool

they all show up on gmap but when i have them on my sd card it just is not recognised by the system, i renamed them map1.img, map2.img, map3.img but still nothing
not enough room on device so cant check on there so have no choice but to have maps on card.

You unlocked them in Mapsource but they're locked in gps coz you dont have .gma file and the map has a FID greater than 2200
use fast Img Unlocker as said in my previous post

If you are sure the map is unlocked and put it into cs card\map ., so try this
1). Create new folder name MAP2
2). Copy map in folder "MAP" into --> folder "MAP2"
    3). Delete folder MAP
    4). Rename folder MAP2 --> MAP
You may see the map now.
