Question can anyone help this damsel in distress? memory problem with 62S

I uploaded a gmapsupp.img to the internal memory of my 62S and all was fine.

I then deleted the file but now the space is all lost in the internal memory
I tried using windows back up and that enabled me to see the deleted file still holding space in the bin

I can see the file in the unit's RECYCLED BIN but I can't get to it
Can anyone tell me the steps to take to delete this manually so to speak?
Using windows explorer I cannot see the recycled bin of the unit :0(
