It looks you haven't installed Navnet map on pc, run Navnet.exe.
You'd save a lot of time reading FAQ. ;)

navnet_Garmin_v252-NT.exe
Run the .exe and install the map in Basecamp, map isn't locked. Run Mapinstall and transfer in gps.
Forget single pc install .imgs, these are parts of pc installation. You cant install that way, or at least, it needs some skills and Mapsetoolkit program.
Why don't you want to read FAQ and make things simple?
Sorry for my stupid to understand it
I already left those bunch .img files (for PC Installation)
this is what i mean
after click those Navnet.exe and pick created garmin map (GMAPSUPP.IMG) option

Mapinstall needs a pc installation to see and transfer it. Mapsource the same.
SP is supported Caty, i can run this map on both 2610 and 2720. Maybe with a step-by-step he will understand where he's gone wrong:
@mbajing_deh
You are either misunderstanding or not listening to what caymag is telling you repeatedly. You haven't installed the map as a PC Version. By selecting the second option after the Licence Agreement screen you are simply remaking the GMAPSUPP.IMG and copying over the one already previously made and saved to C:\MyMaps\navigasi\Garmin as clearly shown in your first Screenshot above. Go back to the start, run navnet_Garmin_v252-NT.exe again and at the following screen check the other option 'Install maps for MapSource application':

BTW, so that you can see which map you're viewing and have a dropdown selection box to change easily, in BC select 'View'>'Toolbars' and then check 'Map Products'. Also, your existing map images on the SP can't be seen if they have an MS Flag of '1'. It must be changed to '0' for maps to be seen on the unit by BC. Any map generated by MI will have a flag of '1' as will the GMAPSUPP.IMG made directly from the navnet exe. So if you wish to see them using BC you must take the previously compiled GMAPSUPP.IMG [C:\MyMaps\navigasi\Garmin\GMAPSUPP.IMG], change the flag using GMAPTool or ImgTool and load it using SendMap20 as i explained earlier.
Thank God, finally i can see it :beating:

Its says take an hour to install it, i had to go for work so i'll to leave it for a moment :)
so total memory of StreetPilot 2720 about 1,75GB
Thank You very much Neil & Catymag
The map isn't so big that it will take 'hours' as the Generic message in MI says. This 242MB map took less than 15 minutes to install on my 2720. Good that you're now sorted. ;)
You were right, its only take about 15 minutes to finish itQuote:

Now i can select between those 2 map
Do you have SP2720 too ? i thought you only have SP2610
I prefer this Navnet map than Garmin map
even i had a feel about NavNet is "bit" slower than Garmin map on update rate (i dont know maybe i'm wrong)
Thank for your patience to guide me step by step :)
Always glad to help out a neighbour my friend. I only wish our governments could forget the politics and simply co-operate on our basic level ... oh well, maybe this year .....
Back to topic. I haven't tried those two maps together, but wouldn't be surprised if the CN is a little quicker.
And yes, I now have both SPs. I picked up a 2720 cheap, mainly for experimentation. These older units are quite interesting. I want to try flashing 2720 fw_all.bin to the 2610 [using 2610 boot.bin and HWID] but afterwards will be probably faced with 'System Software Missing' message on boot up. I'd previously tried with Honda Goldwing Navi firmware as the first units are essentially a modified SP 2610 but a recent fw upgrade allows them to read NT maps. Same message result on boot. I'm not game to try with the full GW Navi or 2720 fw as these old units cannot be 'cured' easily the way modern nuvi units can be if they've been bricked. There are some other things i can try yet though ;). In spite of being an earlier model than 2720, the 2610 has a considerable advantage in having a CF card slot which can use up to 2GB of map data. Although it can only see one detail map [GMAPSUPP.IMG] on the card in a Garmin folder, it's possible to combine maps by joining map images with GMAPTool, or simply adding maps from various PC Versions to make one big image file which i've done with OSM Oceana, some local tiles from Contours Aust 5M and Garmin WorldMap V5 minus the Americas to keep the tile numbers below the limit. The world map is handy for browsing other areas such as EU because like you I have a US unit with an Americas Routable Basemap. It includes some Worldwide minor detail such as locations of major cities and country outlines but no major roads in our area like the Pacific version basemap does. I have the Pacific version but have been unable to flash it to region 3 the way gmapprom can be flashed to region 49. If i find a way to do it i'll let you know.
