@aekhong,
I looked a bit at your files. I need to scratch my head a bit more, but at first glance EPE generates something very close to POI Loader. At least, the Thai characters look good. I'll check more later to night.

EPE beta v5.03 fixes an issue with the City field and negative latitude coordinate.

Lost many hair scratching my head like that... If I load your English poi file made with POI Loader, I cannot see the POIs either. I changed the longitude coordinate from 100.xxx to 10.xxx and then I started to see them. I think that POIs way further than 9999 Km cannot be seen in the list. The same applies with .gpi files made with EPE. I do not know your current location, but I am curious to know how far you are from the POIs you sent me (Pinang.gpi).
Like I mentioned in a previous post, I cannot see either POIs in the Mistubishi file or in the Great Outdoors v2 gpi files made by Garmin. You seen to experience the same thing. It could be a missing map issue or a too far distance. What do you think?
Have you tried to generate a POI with POI Loader v2.6.0? [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Maybe this fixes some issues
This is right, you cant see POIs that are too far. But you can turn on gps simulation mode and set your position near the area of POIs. Then you will find this POIs.
Yes, it works. I can see your POIs now. This confirms that you cannot see POIs that are too far from your current location.
You guys probably know my program better than me. I know Extra_POI_Editor used to display things in Thai when you set the "Locale for non-unicode program" to Thai. It used to work on my Win XP computer. Now, if I do it with Win 7 64-bit, I can see the GPX in Thai when I open it in Wordpad. I can also type Thai characters in EPE and see them correctly. I do not seem to be able to save as GPX and see the Thai characters in Wordpad. All characters are ??????????????. If I load the original file with Thai characters in EPE, I see also ?????????????. What gives? How do you make EPE work correctly in Thai?
Sorry formy late response (Just come back from Bangkok :) )
My custom POIS works fine with 5.03 ., To show waypoints now.
Thanks :)
Good to hear. For the waypoint, it is either because you are too far from the POI you are looking for (> 9999 km) or because I did not set the max area surrounding the waypoints.
I am nearly done adding your own symbol on the map as with POI Loader.
Here's EPE v5.04:
Now supports custom icons for the POI file. If you open a POI file called Rest_Area.gpx (or .csv) and you have also the corresponding bitmap Rest_Area.bmp (only bitmaps supported for now), this bitmap will also be read and integrated to the .gpi, and this icon will be displayed on the map at the POI location. Obviously, this is optional and a default icon will be provided by EPE.
I also fixed the min/max lon/lat area which may fix the issue of not seeing POIs in the list.
Still no speed/proximity, no wav/mp3.

Sounds like your program can soon replace the POI Loader of Garmin if you could enable Speed/proximity and mp3/wave.
But as you know, if children gets a small finger they want the complete hand.
You wrote that u needed an encrypted gpi file to see the structure of Garmin POI's. Does this mean you can open encrypted gpi files?
Background of my question: Garmin TW provides speedcameras gpi for free download. But these GPI files are also encrypted and in chinese, so I cannot open these files to convert them to gpx or csv and to translate them. Do you think, your program could handle that in the future?

As I said, these files are free available, I am not asking into cr@cking for speed cameras which needs a subscription
