HELP Navitel don't show the route just the "airline"

Hi people!

Since version 9.4.0.75 and .84 Navitel don´t show me the route i have to follow but a blue line direct from start to end, i look into the settings and everything is set as usual.

Are this versions incompatible with my gadget? (Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 GT-N5100, Android 4.4.2)

i did look into this and is set on "Route on Road" like in your picture, but i get still the straight line.. i try with delete all settings an uninstall and new install but i still get the blue line

I do not think what you say because Navitel software is very good, with fewer mistakes, clean everything, reinstall.

Try reinstalling your map.... It would appear to be that for some reason it thinks the map is not route-able....
