Good day!

Good news to my headunit that I made the iGo Primo Software work. But unfortunately, I can't find a local shop to buy a GPS Antenna. Can I make it myself? The wire thing?

you need to set in sys.txt:

to forum....

or

Every device need antenna. "Hand" devices have it integrated. Car devices need external always.
If not connected to HU, he will need to buy one. Easier then make it.

May I ask sir if the GPS Antenna has chips / ICs? Hmmm. Because I try to make one, but failed. No improvement on the signal, still I get one bar and no satellites at all.

There are both versions presented, with and without electronics.
But, maybe you have some more problem. Sorry, we can only guess.
