Northwest of Spain and Southwest of France - Death zone for truck :) - SOLVED

Hello guys,
I have a GPS with iGO Primo 2.4 WinCE (version 9.6.13.405512) with the truck configuration and works fine.
The configuration of my truck is basic: 16m, 2.5m and 4m without ADR and with updated Europe 2020.Q2 maps.
Problem:
1. Since 2018, in the northeast of Spain and southwest of France (mainly in the area of Bórdeus), the routes have gone crazy with straight and uncontrolled lines.
2. On some highways in the same region, iGO says that trucks are not allowed but in fact it is allowed. These highways have been around for a long time.
I thought the problem was on the maps but as 3 years have passed with several updates and the same route errors continue in that same region. I don't know why this happens, I always get nervous when I cross that region. But outside that region, iGO works very well for trucks.
Where did I go wrong?

I removed fpa files from Spain and France and tested again, but the route continues to give error with horizontal lines.
Did you see that this error is related to the sea route? This happens when the coordinate calculation is near to zero (example 0.00xxx) and the software thinks it is a sea route. For this reason, the software creates horizontal lines always in the same region.
If you disable the ferry option and insert the route again, the software will calculate the path and ask if you want to use the ferry yes or no. This is proof of the error that the software thinks there is a sea route.
I think the problem must be with the algorithm (version 9.6.13.405512), not fpa files.

I installed it on literally hundreds of devices. I have never seen a problem like this.
In addition, the algorithm cannot calculate one part of the trip on the roads, the next part - by plane. Here I would even suspect the device itself, or in some major file errors. It also seems to me that you are using some skin?
Btw, do you use latest global cfg?

The global_cfg version I have is 778584, and no skin installed.
I tried to remove some files for find the problem but the error is always present.
See screnshot below. I don't understant this problem.
Can you send me the cleary software version 9.6.13.405512 for WinCE Truck, please?

Really something is wrong with my device.
I explored the licenses on "Preprocessed Road Network" and noticed that something is missing... but I verified these files are into map folder.
