It might be possible. Aera has possible PCB P/Ns of 105-01452-10 and 105-01452-02. zumo 660 has 105-01452-00; 105-01452-01 and 105-01452-02 in firmware. If your zumo has 105-01452-02 showing in Inventory behind battery symbol then it may work.
Hi everyone! Can i upload aera 550 softwear to my zumo 660 ? Both devices are similar in hardware !

Best check the zumo's PCB P/N in the hidden inventory. That's tne most reliable check of potential hardware compatibility.
It is no good!
And what can i do in this case ?

Sorry, best disguise Unit ESN in that pic.
Maby i can use a programmer ?
What do you mean precisely by 'use a programmer'?
You could try to flash the aera firmware using a combined firmware of zumo's boot.bin and other *.bin files from aera while retaining HWID of 0924. That's a safer option than flashing full aera firmware and changing HWID to 1063, because retaining zumo HWID and it's Boot BLK & X-Loader give a much better chance of recovery if the device bricks. Be aware this isn't without risk in any case, any cross-flashing is inherently risky and the PCB P/Ns not being exact matches decreases the chance of it working out. I suspect that the combined firmware won't work as the region layouts appear to be different in those devices. Be sure to backup nonvol region 41 of the zumo first just in case, also dump logo region 16 from a healthy aera beforehand in case you also need to flash that to the converted device (they may use the same logos, but maybe not - you can check in the inventory, in version information page press 'Start Test' > 'More', look at 'Splash' details). You only need to change the logo if they're quite different and also if the main flash works however.
Can i combine firmware of aera and zumo from gcd files using RGN Tool programm?
Yes, use RGN_Tool and make sure you use the HWID override to 0924.
