    From Colorado wiki:
Sometimes when I turn on my Colorado the time is off and/or I can't get satellite lock. What's going on?
This appears to be a hardware issue with some of the early Colorados. Some owners have reported that Garmin has acknowledged the problem and is replacing Colorados with this issue. I would suggest contacting Garmin customer support if you have this problem.
