    Default nuvi 37xx overheating problems?

    Hi everyone!

I'm about to get my first GPS and after much thought I've decided on nuvi 3760.
However, there are some very worrying comments floating on the web about the unit overheating, resetting, freezing etc.
Any such experiences? Should I go for an older, well-proven model?

    Thanx in advance!

I have a 3790, my device doesnt have these problems, it has some firmware lacks, like every new Garmin device at the beginning, must be patient and wait for corrections in next firmwares.
eg. 37xx dont have multiple points active routes, in US EU version 37xx doesnt show POI browsing the CN map in any mode etc

You have to navigate to get to the good.

Don't worry, 37xx is the top line of products so Garmin won't ignore any issues., I beleive that.

i do feel my 3790 get very hot during navigation under hot sunlight, especially at the top right conner of the unit.
i checked the unit temperature by press and hold the battery icon, the temperature reading is 58C.
    Anyone getting the same reading?
