    Default Visibility Garmin-unit maps in Basecamp

    When trying to disable the visibility in Basecamp for maps in a garmin-unit, I encounter the following problem when I follow the next intructions of Catymag:

    "OPTIONS"-tag: Enable advanced options;
    "WRITE"-tag: in the option "set version in header", in Ms window, write value '1' in the field.
    Then click "Write all" or "Write selected"

    All the maps in the garmin-unit were disabled in Basecamp, only the one with a P-record in the .img file are still visible:

    I tried the Join-tab and create a new .img, without succes.
    Is there a way to remove this P-record from the img-file ?

    Have you checked with Gmaptool your .IMGs MS flag?
    If it's set to 1, have you changed it ?
    Gmaptool-->Advanced options enabled-->Write Tab--> set flag in Header to 0 value--> Write all button

    I tried the Join-tab and create a new .img, without succes.

    What are you doing? That one you call P-record is .img PID and FID. Try to read something about Garmin IMGs on forum

    The FID and PID are already in the F-record as I know.
