Etrex 20 : Total altitude and reset to zero.

After having made a hike, I want to put back to zero (reset) the "total altitude" in " profiles altitude " but even while putting to zero the odometer, that doesn't function, impossible to put back to zero the "total altitude", how to make, thank you.

Have you tried reset? (make back up before of waypoint)

Yes, I have tried reset manufacture, I put the new firmware 2.61 Beta, nothing there made, the total altitude remains to 88m at present !

The client service Garmin told me that it was impossible to put back to zero the "total ascension" in "profiles of altitude", on Etrex 20, it is an enormous bug for whom I asked to make correct in the next version of the firmware....This is not very serious for a Garmin.
