Hi,
* Here is the way how i was succesful to add speedcams to my NTG 4.5 system (it should works for others too).
* Maybe there is faster and easiest way to do the same as my process, but i spent a long time to do it for free and without any crack.

Step by step
1) SCDB WORLD provided by FireFox58 here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Download your local base.

2) because it is GPX files, you will have to convert to KML (google) one by one with : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

3) then you have to merge all KLM in one file with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

4) download the MB POI Loader from here : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and follow the steps from there.

5) Once you generated your POI file (PersonalPOIs.gpx), follow that too : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

6) Enjoy
