I think so too. Never seen that happen unless it is faulty. It is written on the card (as always) that read-only is up. What can I do now? Ideas?
New card and whole process of creating key file?

    Only solution...

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

at my friend's, the inscription like in the picture information is also displayed, does it mean that you also need to activate it as a colleague in post No. 32? Do I also need to update the radio software?

Does anyone have step-by-step instructions for activating the navigation, until you insert the prepared card. Thank you in advance for the instructions

If you try to do the update through the official Ford website, it will tell you that it is updated when in fact it is not, it seems that the updates for sync2 only works in America

If the card is the original Ford is protected and can not be modified

Does anyone know in which folder is the audio file that warns of the presence of radars (caution) and what file system is ?

Hi all, I am having problems with obtaining a valid serial number to input in to the Java Keygen...

I have successfully obtained (using this Linux command... cat /sys/block/mmcblk0/device/serial ) the SDHC cards serial number as a 10 character code 0x48750644, however, when I type this into any Hex to Dec converter, they always return a 10 digit code - 1215628868

Now another user (akonnehyv) explained that he simply typed his serial number ( 0x01d86634 ), and the converter gave him 30959156, 8 digits, which I verified myself when I type his code into the same converter I use. Yet when I type my own code, I get 10 digits back!

Can I just type this 10 digit code in to the Java Keygen, and will it give me a correct SdCard.key file?

    Any ideas?

    UPDATE:
I just put the entire 10 digit decimal code into the java keygen, it then created the SdCard.key and I then copied it to the root of the SDHC card and have just sucessfully started using the new F8 map. So all is good.

To run the keygen, install the latest x86 version of the Java Runtime, then open a Command Prompt, navigate to the directory where the KeyGen.jar file is located, and paste the following... (remembering to replace serialnumber with your decimal serial number, then press the Return key.)
    java -jar keygen.jar serialnumber

This will now generate an SdCard.key, now copy it to your SDCard.
